Most of us can say that we have had a spot that caused us no end of torture. But can we say that we had seriously bad acne? Many people are silently suffering with the pain of acne. It not only affects their self confidence, it can be socially crippling.

For those of us that are suffering enough, no matter what level of acne you have, here are my top tips for natural acne remedies. You should always expect to have to try these remedies for at least two weeks each, sometimes longer to see the true results that they give.

To dry the spots or lesions try dabbing some distilled white vinegar on and leaving for three or four minutes. Try diluting it if you find it is too strong.

Citrus fruits are another great natural remedy. Simply dab to the affected areas and leave to dry for a few minutes. If you get a mild stinging when applying try diluting it. Lemon juice works best, but any citrus fruit will work.

Make a home made scrub. Just remember not too scrub the face though. Place in a bowl cup of oats and add three tablespoons of honey. Gently massage into the face for one minute. Place the remaining mixture onto the face and leave to dry for five minutes. Gently wash off and pat face dry.

Egg whites or egg yolks are another great natural remedy for acne. Separate one from the other and massage into face or affected area. Leave to dry for ten minutes and then rinse and gently pat dry.

These are just a few of our natural remedies for acne and spots. To get a free mini course on how you can banish acne problems for good simply visit us here.
